GUARANTEE: If you are unhappy for any reason with any of our products you may return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for jewelry items that were ordered in the wrong size or custom jewelry orders (your name or initial engraving). You must receive a return authorization number from our customer service and proof of purchase must accompany returned item. Please email us for your return authorization request. S & H fees excluded. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items over $500.00.
